\ A mesh node's ROM is the shared math (math.f18) and nothing else.  It has
\ no start: a mesh node at reset blocks on its ports and executes what
\ arrives (docs/v4.0.0/MESH.md 4.2 and 5).  Its entries are the first of
\ the host ROM's, at the same numbers: (MATH-ENTRIES), which tools/mkmap.c
\ writes from v4/include/v4/rom_entries.h.
