  v2.1.0 -- Tripod/kernel reshuffle: Hermes into the kernel, Tripod = Hera/Artemis/Hestia

  Hermes moves from a FORTH VM into the kernel as kernel-Hermes
  (src/starkernel/vm/kernel_hermes.c). The Tripod fleet is now Hera/
  Artemis/Hestia. Every FORTH-owned message type (BLK-ATTACH-EVENT,
  CONSOLE-CMD-EVENT, ELEVATE-REQUEST) was cut over live, verified on all
  three architectures at each step, before the Hermes VM, capsules/hermes/
  init.4th, and capsules/common/messaging.4th were removed.

  Design: FABRIC-3.5.md (authoritative). Execution: FABRIC-3.6.md (full
  task-by-task record, Phases 0-5).

  Engine VERSION 3.2.0 (minor bump: dictionary-visible registration
  changes, no FORTH-79 word semantics changed).
