What

capacity: 2 in the runner's config.yaml (on the server).

Why

Captain Bob, 2026-11-06: a small server, a little sluggish. Each change costs about an hour of runner time, of which the gate itself (acceptance) is about 15 minutes. The qemu concurrency group already keeps acceptance, the nightly and the release one at a time, so a second slot lets a quick check run beside a QEMU boot, never two boots.

Done when

The server's cores and memory checked: a boot and a quick check side by side
