The nightly publishes raspi5.img.xz (classifier raspi5), for Raspberry Pi Imager. QEMU cannot boot it (no Pi 5 model); rpi5-rehearsal rehearses the native path on virt. Confirm on hardware, with the steps in boards/BRINGUP.md.
