arch_cold_reset() used smc #0; this QEMU/AAVMF configuration serves PSCI via HVC. smc #0 -> hvc #0. Root-caused with gdb on starkernel_loader.efi (the binary that runs under MONOLITHIC_BUILD, not starkernel_kernel.elf).

Reconstructed 2026-11-06 from the project record; Gitea dates every issue by when it is created.
